With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delbert Liggett (Corydon, Iowa), who passed away on March 22, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Delbert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Delbert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Liggett and Opal Liggett; his children, Natalie Brown (Shane) and Don Liggett (Missy); his grandchildren, Reagen, Kipton and Jasper Liggett; his sister Sherry DeVore (Don); his wife Cheryl; his in-laws, Woodie and Charlotte Martin; and his sister-in-law Janet Haffner.
