He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Gibbs and Wilda Gibbs (Walmer); his wife Nina Blocher; his son Kendall Gibbs; his parents-in-law, John and Mary Blocher; his brothers, Dean Gibbs and Jerry; and his siblings-in-law, Edith Sinclair and Don Reuter.
He is survived by: his children, Debra, Vickie Fortune (Steve), Debbie Jondle (Bruce), Randy Gibbs (Carla) and Rob Gibbs; his grandchildren, Brad Fortune (Stacey), Greg Fortune (Heather), Ang Fortune, Jeromy Jondle, Justin Jondle (Diana), Garrett Gibbs, Austin Gibbs and Kelsey Gibbs; his great grandchildren, Miranda, Anika, Will Fortune, Breanna, Haylee, Allie Jo Fortune, Makayla, Jayce Wyatt, Jamey, Samantha and Christian Jondle; and his siblings, Loy Gibbs, Kathleen Dotts (Russell), Ellis Gibbs (Joy) and Floyd Gibbs (Marilyn). He is also survived by his kids, grandkids and great grandkids.
