He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert V Davis (Bob) and Mabel Davis (Wilmot); his father-in-law Johnny Olmstead; and his son Todd. He is survived by: his wife Joan Davis (Olmstead); his daughter Jill Henkle; his son-in-law Steve Henkle; his grandchildren, Jordan Neer (Dominique), Bryce Neer and Lauren Holmes (Larry); his great grandchildren, Tazech Neer, Hannah Devore, Halie Devore, Ryder Holmes, Braylen Neer, Lennox Neer, Emilia Craver, Rylee Holmes and Bexley Neer; his sisters, Shirley Bott (Dave) and Betty Greenlee (Ray); and his nephew RJ Olmstead (Autum Casey).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church-Corydon (104 S West St, Corydon, IA 50060).
