He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jamie Petty (Rusty), Kenda Spencer (Rick), Jesse Woollis (Pam) and Quinn Woollis (Becky); his great grandchildren, Chase (Malorie), Christy (Carson), Tori (Hunter), Emily, Tyler, Taylor (Kaitie), Grayson, Blaine, Corbin, Khloe, Kinzie and Kennedy; his great great grandchildren, Chasen, Brooks, Nora and Shaddixx; his brother Lyle Woollis (Joyce); his daughter-in-law Mary Woollis; and his nieces, Janell Boor (Rick), Janet Ruble (Rick) and Thelma Welch (Kirk).
