It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thurman Gaskill (Corwith, Iowa), born in Algona, Iowa, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gaskill and Mildred Gaskill (Chapman); his son James Scott; his brother-in-law Paul Crockett; and his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Ruth Adkins (Hotka).
He is survived by: his wife Gerry of Corwith; his children, Beth Douglass (David) of Bellevue, WA, Mark Gaskill (Sandra) of St. Louis, MO and David Gaskill (Becky) of Spirit Lake; his grandsons, Zack and Ben Douglass; his children, Peyton, Jonah Gaskill, Mikaela, Preston and Maci Gaskill; his sister Georgia Crockett of Minneapolis, MN; his brother-in-law Gordon Adkins (Sandee) of Apalachicola, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Andrea Sticha (Tim), Allison Schmitz (Mark), Jason Adkins (Cristina), Misty Reed, Mike Adkins (Jennifer), Erika Pender (Beau) and JessicaGrace Gunter (David).
