She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mullins and Helen Mullins (Chambers); her husband William Shipman; her children, Mary Helen and Russell; her grandchildren, Rachel and Joshua Shipman; her son-in-law Jeff Krieps; her brothers, James and Thomas Mullins; and her brother-in-law Dave Pals.
She is survived by: her son Sam Shipman (Rita) of Grimes; her grandchildren, Renae Deaver and Adam Shipman (Lizzie); her daughter Jane Eischen (Tom) of Algona; her grandchildren, Ben Eischen (Janie), Chris Eischen (Kim) and Eric Eischen (Tara Mack); her children, Kathy Shipman (Dennis Tollerud) of Bondurant, Jessica Handel (Derek), Malyssa Carpenter (Henry) and Randy Shipman (Lacy Skahill) of Davenport; her grandchildren, Alexander Shipman, Abigail Meeks (Devin) and Andrew Shipman; her child Marg Mergen (Tom) of Algona; her grandchildren, Melanie Krieps Mergen (John Richter) and Nicholas Mergen; her son Jeff Shipman (Ann) of Wesley; her grandchildren, Miranda Shipman (Steve Harrington), Mitchell Shipman (Jamie Studer) and Mariah Bjustrom (Brad); her siblings, Marlys Pals of Cedar Falls, Richard Mullins (Jan) of Pine Top, AZ and William Mullins (Jan) of Algona; and her sisters-in-law, Sue Mullins of Estes Park, CO and Victoria Mullins of Gold Canyon, AZ. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
