She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nebben and Myrtle Nebben (Moore); her husband Lester Place; her siblings, Laurel, Wayne (Hermina), Loren (Doris) and Jean Wynia (Pier); her sisters-in-law, Marylee Taylor (Glen) and Lorene Hoffman (Andy); her grandson Ben Place; and her son-in-law Paul Orris.
She is survived by: her children, Edie Orris of Moville, Ruthie Kastrup of San Antonio, Texas and Alan Place of Homestead; her grandchildren, Margo Orris Leisinger (Dave), Jeremy Orris, Michael Orris, Sr. (Carol), Lori Ann Kastrup Ray (David), Amy Place Law and Dream Weaver (Orris); her granddaughter-in-law Kristy Place; her great grandchildren, Cate Orris Hoepner (Nate), Harmoni Orris Sudgen (Brett), Gabrielle Orris, Elisabeth Orris, Rayne Orris, Moon Lund, Michael Orris, Jr., Aarow Orris, Zeke Place, Logan Orris, Aidan Weaver, Joshua Weaver and Tyler Weaver; and her close friend Vangie Cowan.
