He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay L. Wiltse and Kathryn J. Wiltse (Steffe); his son Robert Fay Wiltse, Jr.; and his sister Carol Ploeger. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ruffcorn of Mondamin; his daughter Elaine (Craig Utesch); his grandchildren, Matthew Utesch (Jana), Jessica Wilson (Cody) and Nathan Utesch; his great grandchildren, Cayden, Tesla Wilson, Jaylee and Colton Happe; his sister Janice Paper; and his brother-in-law Richard Ploeger.
