He is survived by: his wife Gayle Goodmanson of Correctionville, IA; his children, John "Buck" Jacobs (Nancy) of Correctionville, IA, Bob "Bubba" Jacobs (Nancy) of Hermiston, OR, Sue Durrenberger (Scott) of Lavaca, AR and Carmen Martin (Todd) of Danbury, IA; his grandchildren, David Jacobs (Noelle) of Elk Point, SD, Megan Lingenfelter (Newt) of Clarion, IA, Kayla Erwin (Jonathan) of Hoit, KS, Ashley Durrenberger (Logan Clements) of Greenwood, AR, Alyssa Martin (Jatessa) of Fort Dodge, IA, Kelsi Schneckloth (Kyle) of Cushing, IA and Cody Jacobs (Sierra) of Hermiston, OR; and his sister Barbara Rowse of Correctionville, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
