He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lee Martin, Esther Martin-Haberman, Ivan and Elsie Ruttkay; his nephew Joshua Patrick; his great-nephew David Lozano; and his pet Moochie.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard Ruttkay and Sally Ruttkay; his wife Brenda Stovner; his children, Stephanie Snedeker (Dustin) of Hoven, SD, Brittany Ricks (Barnibus) of Liberal, KS, Nicki Merkle of Salina, KS, Amanda Ohlson (Gabe) of Hillsdale, WI, Zac Ruttkay (Bud) of Barron, WI and Christopher Schoepfer of Orlando, FL.; his siblings, Bradley Ruttkay (Teri) of Sioux City, IA, Daniel Ruttkay (Paula) of Sioux City, IA, Marla Patrick (Lynn) of Ft. Meyers, FL, LeAnn Carter (Michael) of Hinton, IA, Shawna Scofield (Randy) of Sioux City, IA, Elizabeth Graves (Jerry Dean) of Sioux City, IA, Janene Ruttkay of Sioux City, IA and Dawn Langhoff (Todd) of Mount Pleasant, TX; and his friends, Frank Liston, Lori Grogan, Steven Liston and Kathy Roberts. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, many nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews, as well as special extended family.
