She is survived by: her sons, David Madsen (Barbara) of Arlington, TX and Mike Madsen (Lisa Schultz-Smith) of Dakota City, NE; her son-in-law Daniel Petersen of Burke, VA; and her nephew Michael Holden of Stoughton, Massachusetts.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
