He is survived by: his sons, Steven (Nancy) of Anthon, IA and Randal; his wife Virginia Hayworth of Correctionville, IA; his sons, Randy Hayworth of Correctionville, IA and Kyle Hayworth (Linda) of Correctionville, IA; his granddaughters, Kayla, Haley and Alicia; his siblings, Norma Oakes of Sioux City, IA and Glen Hayworth (Judy) of Kingsley, IA; his siblings-in-law, Jerane Hayworth of Grand Island, NE, Ron McNear (Barbara) of Ft. Gibson, OK and Gary McNear (Sue) of Ft. Meyers, FL; and his stepgrandsons, Adam and Casey Cooke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Per Dale's wishes and due to the COVID situation, no services will be held.
