It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty E. Fitch of Correctionville, Iowa, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Schumacher and Iona Schumacher (Mahin); her husband Stanley Fitch; her children, Sharon Ann Fitch and Lonnie Allen Fitch; her son-in-law Mike Smith; her grandson Lenny Lindquist; and her sisters, Iola Schumacher, Colleen Mammen (Elmer), Kay Dorn (Shontz), Debby Jantz (Susie) and Shirley Goodburn. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 21 great-great grandchildren; in-laws, nieces, nephews.
