He is survived by: his children, Priscilla Harris (Ray) of Portsmouth, Katherine Gooslin (Justin) of Belfry, Joannah Storey (Tyler) of Portsmouth, Nakeysha Whipple (Trey) of Lenox, Iowa and William Charles Sparks of Portsmouth, Ohio; and his siblings, Edward Sparks (Pam) of Greenup, Delmer Sparks (Tammy) of Summerville, Ohio, Nancy Poplin (Tim) of Greenup, Tereasa Fore (Scott) of South Shore, Kentucky and Sam Martin (Karie) of Minooka, Illinois.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
