He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richey and Esther Richey (Russell); his children, Charles Douglas and Cheryl Ann; his wife Donnis Ann Willett; his sisters, Alice Joy Peterson and Claire Crill; and his brothers-in-law, Stan Peterson, Harvey Brandt and Wayne Crill.
He is survived by: his son Sammy Richey of Jarrell, Texas; his girlfriend Marlene Lee of Novi, Michigan; his brother-in-law Donnie Willett (Jan) of Corning; and his nephews, John Peterson (Becky) of Dallas and Doug Brandt (Susan) of Prescott, Iowa.
