She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Jackson and Grace Eugene Westlake (Cochran); her husband Millard Henry Sink; her sons, Phil and Dave; her parents-in-law, Nellie and John; her granddaughter Nichole Keeton; her siblings, Ike, Jack, Lowell, Max, Jerry, June, Cheryl and Rona; and her nephew Richard Britnell.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Long of Corning, Katherine Gaunt (Larry) of Villisca, Iowa, Gary Sink (Kathy) of St Marys and Rob Sink (Timmie) of Corning, Iowa; her daughters-in-law, Paula Sink of Lenox and Joan Sink of Red Oak; her siblings, Donna Patrick of Red Oak, Iowa and Pat Westlake of Missouri; and her niece Judy Bouwens (Ron) of Lincoln, Nebraska.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
