He is survived by: his wife Roxanna McCuen; his daughter Dawn Hollander of Red Oak; his brothers, Richard Hollander (Colleen) of Lakewood, Kirk Hollander (Diana) of Brooks and Rodney Hollander (Sue) of Eldridge; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Hollander of Denver, Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
