It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie Dean Blake of Corning, Iowa, born in Bedford, Iowa, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Milton Blake and Leona Mae Blake (Larson); and his brothers, Adrian, David (Sam), Delbert and Gilbert.

He is survived by: his siblings, Donnie Blake of Corning, Iowa and Judie Squires (Kenny) of Albia, Iowa; his sister-in-law Lois Blake of Gravity; and his guardian Cheryl Walton. He is also survived by his many nephews and nieces and his many cousins.
