He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lindley and Pearl Fay Williams (Schrodt); his grandsons, Nathan and TJ; his siblings, Pete Williams, Hazel Sicheneder and Mabel Robison; his parents-in-law, Helen and Carl Mullen; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Sicheneder, Lloyd Robison, Robert Mullen, Rae Mullen, Becky Large and Ronie Mullen.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Sue Mullen of Corning; his children, Susan Pellman (Bryan) of Creston, Michael Williams (Christina) of Creston and Tim Williams (Brenda) of Creston; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Mullen of Atlantic, Bruce Mullen (Pat) of Corning, DeAnna Harney (Joe) of Charlestown, ReNae Holloway (Roy) of Safford and Shelia Baliff (Nick) of Prescott.
