It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Green Braverman (Coralville, Iowa), who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Phyllis Green has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Green and Lee Green. She is survived by: her husband Richard Braverman (Dick); her children, Diane Laura (Jeff Rossman), Jeff (Sara Dunn Braverman), Randy (Sue Colen Braverman) and Phyl (family: Counseling); her brother Dan Green (Anne); and her caregivers, Leilani and Rachel. She is also survived by her husband, her four children and their spouses, eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Agudas Achim Congregation (401 E Oakdale Blvd, Coralville, IA 52241).
