She was predeceased by: her father Benjamin Lestina; and her stepfather Paul Peterson. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Ann Lestina (Kadlec) of Oelwein; her brother Scott Lestina (Jennifer) of Glendale, Arizona; her nephews, Jacob Lestina (Karlie) and Austin Lestina (Mabel Castillo); and her great-niece Aubreyanna Lestina.
