In the sacred silence of farewell, Jo Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jo Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Olson and Guinevere Bowers Olson; and her husband George Stewart. She is survived by: her brother James "Steve" Olson (Madelyn) of Marion, Iowa; her nieces, Sara Zahrt and Jenni Stark (Steve); and her nephew Jay (Brenda). She is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Johnson County Humane Society.
