He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim and Wanda. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his brother Todd (Beth); his siblings-in-law, Tom (Joanne), Richard and Susan (Ace); and his nieces and nephews, Taya (Greg), Eric (Rachel), Kristin (Joe), Jennifer, Corbin, Courtney and Greg.
