She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gute and Rushie Gute (Visner); her husband James Eugene Gravitt (W. Fay Ford); her children-in-law, Kathy Gravitt and Darrell Boettcher; her grandson James Boettcher; her grandson-in-law Billy Smith; her great grandchildren, Barbara Rose Ehlers and Ellie Mae Boettcher; and her siblings, Frank Gute (Betty), Clarence Gute (Evelyn), Isabell Annear (Eldon), Edith Kopaska (Louis), Clara Lyons (Harry "Bing") and Wilma McComb (Harold).
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Trumbla (Mark) of Spirit Lake, IA and Dennis Gravitt (Kim) of Carroll, IA; and her grandchildren, Kiane Goebel (Joe), Keri Ehlers (Todd Schroeder), Kristin Jackson (Jamie), Kimberly Boettcher, Jeff Boettcher, Justin Boettcher, Jared Boettcher (Magally), Stephanie Hills (Scott Schaefer) and Valerie Fineran. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
