He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Barker and Margaret Barker; his parent-in-law Harley; his siblings, James Barker (Phyllis) and Geneva Small (Tom); his sons, Ricky and Randy Barker; and his wife Rosetta Irene Barker.
He is survived by: his former wife Rosetta Irene Akes; his children, Rebecca Bradt (Darrel) of Mexico, MO and Robert Barker of Coon Rapids; and his brother Gordon Barker (Phyllis) of Osceola, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
