Philip Bruce was predeceased by: father Wilbert Jarvi; and brother Mark Jarvi. Philip Bruce is survived by: daughters, Cassandra Jarvi (Jeremy Elbers) and Andrea Raedel (Jesse); grandson Ryker; mother Sally Jarvi; brothers, James Jarvi (Jill) and Paul Jarvi (Brian Kruesel); sister-in-law Becky Jarvi; significant other Kay Kingston; and also Rowan. Philip Bruce is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
