She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Zurek (Kathy); her grandsons, Robert Zurek (Angela) and Jonathan Zurek; her great grandchildren, Vincent Zurek and Maxwell Zurek; and her sister Nona Thompson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
