We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Karen Kennedy of Coon Rapids, Iowa, born in Sumner, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lanhard Lamprecht and Edelle Lamprecht (Robbins); her fathers-in-law, Clarence and Cecil Kennedy; her daughter Kristine Kopaska; and her sisters, Betty Lou and Mary Louise.

She is survived by: her husband Mark Kennedy; her daughters, Mary Kennedy of Coon Rapids, Kaye Kennedy of Omaha and Maureen Kennedy (Ron Cox) of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Catti Willenborg, Codi Willenborg (Danielle), Heidi Kopaska, Casi Kimmes (Jake), Kelly Kopaska Jr. (Kayla), Jared Kopaska (Anna), Jacob Kopaska (Elvis Calvert) and Trevor Goetzinger; her great grandchildren, Paxton, Simon, Forrest, Zoe, Keane and Louis; and her sisters-in-law, Joan Cooney of Omaha, Jane Kennedy of Chicago and Kay Duncan (David) of Albany, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Those in attendance at the cemetery are asked to abide by Covid-19 social distancing guidelines.
