He is survived by: his grandson Owen; his wife Denise (Fontaine) of Coon Rapids; his children, Megan Specht (Joe Dawson) of Coon Rapids, Philip Specht (Jenna) of Stuart and Anessa Stuve of Oronoco, MN; his grandson Corbin Dale Hemker; his mother Sharon Hofbauer (Hofbauer) of Coon Rapids; his sister Shelly Davis (Charles) of Boone; his half-siblings, Joe Specht (Stephanie) of Rochester, MN and Patricia Bestor (Scott) of Missouri; his nephews, Wyatt Davis (Sami McGee) of Ames and Randal Davis (Heather); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Melanie and Aubrie of Boone; and also, Dakota Dawson and Owen Dawson. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
