He is survived by: his wife Donna Maynard; his children, Vicki Woody (Steve), Cindy Laube (Brian Ross), Mike Maynard and Barb Coston (Tony Hefler); and his sisters, Roberta Grabau and Shirley Riley. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
