She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Leinen and Mary Leinen; her parents-in-law, Warren and Emma Long; her daughter Marlene Long; her grandson Robert Snyder; and her siblings, Louis, Harold, Mathias, Lawrence, Agnes Hodapp, Helena Elbert, Barbara Goodman and Rosemary Laing.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Long; her children, Frederick G. Long Jr. (Sandy) of Jefferson, Deborah A. Kult (Jerald) of Coon Rapids and Lora A. Snyder (Lawrence) of Halbur, IA; her grandchildren, Teresa Olson (Paul) of Jamestown, ND, Maria Wilson (Todd) of Chicago, Jennifer Tonko (Sean) of Northfield, MN, Keegan Kult (Kimberly) of Ankeny, Jessica Grote of Des Moines and Nichole Gust (Greyson) of Audubon; her great grandchildren, Phoebe, Siddha, Daphne, Tilia, Brycen, Caleb, Ashlynn, Kayli, William and Katie; and her sister Anna Kenney of Portsmouth, IA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
