He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul Gearhart and Ruth Gearhart (Batten); and his sister Elizabeth Baker. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Kehoe; his children, Kim McCoy (Bart) of Rochester, MN and Korey Gearhart (Leigh) of Norwalk, IA; his grandchildren, Kole, Kiley, Tyler Gearhart, Austin and Kiera McCoy; his stepsons, Don Kehoe (Lisa) of Des Moines, IA, Duane Kehoe of Marshalltown, Dale Kehoe of Marshalltown and Craig Kehoe (Lesa) of Kellogg, IA; his stepgrandchildren, Zander, Jack, Lilah, Brady, Beau, Korrinn, Madeline and Max Kehoe; and his brother Ken Gearhart (Joyce) of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
