He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Raum. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Raum (Wallace); his wife Marian Glaza; his daughter Allison Raum (Eric Adams); his siblings, Melvin Raum, Robin Proescholdt (Kim) and Leanna Stamp; and his grandsons, Eagan and Ajax. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established by the family.
