He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Prosser and Alice B. Prosser (Hogle); his wife Mary M. Higar; his grandsons, Steve Prosser (Donna) and John Prosser; his great grandchild Tyler Fee; his siblings, Cecil, Clifford Prosser and Gladys Brillhart; and his half-brothers, Herbert and Hubert Prosser.
He is survived by: his children, Rev. Larry Prosser (Sherrel) of Corydon, IA, Phillip Prosser (Mary) of Eldora, IA and Diane Heim (Phillip) of Conrad; and his grandchildren, Victoria Miller (Randy), Nancy Fee (Doug), Debra Huyser (Scott), Clark Kelley (Sharon), Gail Maher (John), Blake Prosser (Ashley), Penny Boenish (Vern), Lynn Meisel, Andrew Prosser (Kendra), Gretchen Olson (Marc), Olga Heim and Ingrid Heim. He is also survived by 32 great-grandchildren, and 38 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to The Salvation Army.
