We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2019, at the age of 80, Richard Waugh (Conrad, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Currie Waugh and Margery Waugh (Richards); and his son Sean. He is survived by: his former wife Linda Asher; his son Kyle; his grandchildren, Kristos and Melissa; and his siblings, Roger and Jean.
