He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Tobias and F. Jeanne Tobias (Swartz). He is survived by: his wife Christine Tobias (Grove); his children, Katie Kohl (Peter) of Verona, WI, Matt Tobias (Lexi) of Shickley, NE, Mark Tobias (Samantha) of El Paso, TX and Robby Tobias (Lexi) of Marshalltown, IA; his grandchildren, Lily, Maecie, Grace, Gabe, Baylor, Barrett, Emily, Heather, Conner and Madeline; and his siblings, Sherry Marty of Creston, OH, Jon Tobias (Karen) of Sterling, OH and Randy Tobias (Deb) of Sterling, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are being established for Camp Pine Lake, Iowa River Hospice, and CROP.
