He is survived by: his wife Jan; his sons, Jeremy Hines (Mary Beth) of Conrad, Joel Hines (Jennifer) of Muscatine, IA and Jason Hines (Stacey) of Conrad; his grandchildren, Piper, Ripley Hines of Conrad, Hunter, Emma Hines of Muscatine, Zada and Layne Hines of Conrad; his siblings, Greg Hines (Karen) of Conrad, Michael Hines (Vicki) of Conrad and Cheryl Folkerts (Jeff) of Steamboat Rock, IA; his brother-in-law Jim Kadner (Donna) of Conrad; his mother-in-law Irmgard Kadner of Conrad; and his pets, Tucker, Pete and Kami. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
