With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Hammond of Conrad, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Betty has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Davis and Annabelle Davis (Palmer); her husband Carroll Hammond; her son Timothy Hammond; and her granddaughter Wendi Wall.
She is survived by: her daughter Anita Wall of Brea, CA; and her sister Karen "Peachie" Pierson of Hubbard, IA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, an abundance of great-grandchildren.
