She was predeceased by: her parents, William Botka and Jenny Botka (Livingston). She is survived by: her children, Allen Frank (Trish) of Conrad, Lane Frank (Jeanne) of Pueblo, CO and Darlene Charlesworth (Richard) of Largo, FL; and her siblings, Anna Gottschalk and Lincoln Botka. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
