He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Isakson and Esther Isakson (Iverson); his brother-in-law Dale King; and his nephews, Dan King and Tim King.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kay Stoltz; his children, Rhonda Dana (Gale) of Cedar Falls, Abigail VanGelder (Seth) of Cedar Falls, Ashley Northness (Josh) of Evansdale, Alexandra Dana of Cedar Falls and Lon Isakson (Kimberly) of Colwell; his grandchildren, Zachary Isakson (Morgan) of New Hampton, Taylor Isakson of Charles City and Dylan Isakson (Amber Axon) of Charles City; his great grandchild Jade Renee Northness; and his sister Joyce King of Estherville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church, St. Croix Hospice or Colwell Fire Department.
