It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L. Oudekerk (Colwell, Iowa), who passed away on February 21, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry LaVern and Lulu Soper Merrill; her husband Koert Oudekerk Jr.; and her siblings, Walter, Delbert LeRoy, Harry, Curly, Henry, Bess, Minnie, Gladys and Aeolus.
She is survived by: her children, Donna (Doug Blunt) of Charles City, Ruth Oudekerk of Colwell, Larry (Aloha Oudekerk) of Dike, Bruce Oudekerk of New Hampton and Amy Oudekerk Ross Mimouni of Des Moines; her grandchildren, Cody (Kim), Eric (Sara), Ryan, Jenae Alexis (Chris) and Lacyona; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Braydon, Kayden, Kylie, Kalen and Colton; and her sister Beula. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
