He is survived by: his wife Mary of Columbus Junction; his children, Angie Marxen (Matt) and Jerry Duncan (Janet); his grandchildren, Logan, Brandon, Rylee (Connor), Mya, Amber, Kelsey (Will) and Kyle; and his great grandchildren, Lydia and Avan.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the Louisa County Ambulance in Bob's name.
