With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Thomas of Columbus Junction, Iowa, born in Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on November 13, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliot Leonard and Pearl Leonard (Whiteside); her husband Tommy; and her brother LaVerne "Bud" Leonard. She is survived by: her former husband Ernest McFarland; her son Steven McFarland; her former spouse Thomas 'Tommy" Thomas; and her children, Steve McFarland (Ruth) of Fort Myers, FL, Tom McFarland (Chris) of Columbus Junction, Linda Rathjen (Louis) of Oxford and Barb Bonnichsen (Steve) of Columbus Junction.
