She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Wasson and Gertrude Wasson (Martin); and her husband Lawrence Mincer. She is survived by: her children, Marcene Soukup of Fredonia, Joyce Dean (Albert) of Little Rock, MS, Lynn Mincer (Donna) of Columbus Junction and Larry Mincer (Laura) of Columbus Junction; her grandchildren, Jody Kirk, Jamie Kirk (Stacy), Viki Grau (Jovo), Kevin Dean (Tammy), Angela Curtis (Scott), Brittney Mincer (Crystal), Brian Flake (Sonya), Lisa Burkhalter (Adam), Patrick Mincer, Kaitlin Stogdill (Jared) and Alex Mincer (Taylor); her sister-in-law Donna Beeman of Muscatine; and her close friend Peg Griffin. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren.

A memorial has been established at the funeral home in memory of Lila.
