He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry S. Meyerholz and Nola E. Meyerholz (Dotson); his brother Frank Richard Meyerholz; and his son Keith E. Meyerholz. He is survived by: his wife Kay F. Meyerholz (Brown); his children, Kenny L. Meyerholz and Karrie L. Meyerholz (Bower); his son-in-law Jason L. Bower; his nieces, Sherri and Shelli; and his friend Larry Gage.
