He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen and Ruth (Cockrill); his wife Letha Viola Boulton; his son Rick; and his brothers, John, Glen Jr., George, Dave and Bill.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jean Dantuma (Howard) of Washington, Iowa and Dianne Coolbaugh (Chet) of Ottumwa, Iowa; his daughter-in-law Corrine McCulley of Washington, Iowa; his brother Elvin McCulley (Beverly) of Phoenix, Arizona; and his sisters-in-law, Bev McCulley and Betty McCulley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
