He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Leslie and Mary Margaret Parker (Powell); his daughter Cynthia Jean Brown; and his siblings, Leonard, Les, Elaine Gallanger and David.
He is survived by: his children, Forrest J. Parker (Shelly) of Columbus Junction, IA, Cordell Parker (Janet) of Saratoga, WY, Matt (Tracy) of Rocky Ford, CO, Glenita Welp (Darren) of Strausburg, CO, Mary Pittman (Rory) of Casper, WY, Martha Hodges of Russellville, AR and Leslie McKnight of Sanford, CO; and his siblings, Forrest A Parker of Lander, WY and Carol Coates of Lander, WY. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
