She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy S. Fuller and Velma E. Fuller (Spitznogle); her husband Charles E. Hoag; her sons, Jerry and Marvin Hoag; her daughter-in-law Rita; her granddaughters, Sarah Wheeler and Mary Frances Wheeler; and her brothers, Guy Fuller and Ronald Fuller.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Wheeler (David) of Casper, WY, Edward F. Hoag (Gayle) of Columbus Junction, Frances A. Lessenger (Brian) of Grandview and Paul S. Hoag of Columbus Junction; and her siblings, Harold Fuller of Colorado Springs, CO, Sam Fuller (Rosalie) of Cranberry Township, PA, Carol McKiddy of Muscatine, Vada Baker (John) of West Liberty and A. Joan Wedekind of Texas. She is also survived by other family members; 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial funds have been established for Bloomington Friends Church and St. Croix Hospice in Freda's name and can be sent to Fran Lessenger, PO Box 188, Grandview, IA.
