It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Carruthers of Columbia, Iowa, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Hazel Bingaman Carruthers and Marion Ogden Carruthers; his sons, David Ty of Bussey and Kevin Bart (Genevieve) of Rosemount, MN; his granddaughter Grace Ruby of Rosemount, MN.; and his wife Norma.
