He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur John and Ethel Marion Clatt (Porter); his wife Barbara Jean Groomes; and his sister Mary Beth Heiken. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Linda), Marcella Roberts (Gail), Ronald Gene (Shari) and Kathy Clatt; and his brothers, Larry (Sandra), Charles (Sue) and Mark. He is also survived by grandchildren; eleven plus great-grandchildren; two great-great granddaughters.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Colo Fire Department in memory of Ron and Barbara.
